Do you believe Jesus is coming soon?
Do you want to be active in evangelism but you don’t know how?
You don’t like or you don’t feel gifted to approach people and talk to them actively?
You don’t like or you don’t feel gifted to create online content and post it?
No problem! You don’t have to do anything you don’t like or you don’t feel gifted to and you can still be active in evangelism and attract people’s attention to the fascinating story of the Bible and to Jesus’ soon coming. How to do that? The key is that you don’t have to approach people and talk to them. They approach you and ask questions. What attracts their attention and gives them a reason to come to you and ask questions? Yes, the majestic and mysterious statue of Daniel 2.
How does it all work?
1. You join the Project Community by simple registration. You have to be an SDA Member to be able to join.
2. You receive the Daniel 2 statue delivered to your preferred address. The statue is one-size of aprox. 3 ft tall (1 meter). There are statues available for special events and evangelistic campaigns that are aprox. 7 ft tall (2.20 meters)
3. You display the statue somewhere in a place where it can be seen by as many people as possible – at your home, in your shop, in your office, in your gym, restaurant etc.
4. A person gets interested in the statue and approaches you with questions. That triggers conversation with you as you are the one who displayed the statue. The conversation is usually very short and the person interested is referred to a short video available under a QR code placed on the statue’s pedestal.
5. The video available under the QR code introduces the story of Daniel 2 – a disturbing dream of the king of the ancient Babylon – a story where the world kingdoms were described and foretold in advance.
6. At the end of the video, there is a “call to action” – the viewer is encouraged to order a book with more information on the story of Daniel 2 in the full context of history and present day. In order to get the book, the viewer has to provide his/her contact details including the mailing address.
7. Having the contact details of the person, after a short period of time you contact him/her with questions whether he/she liked the book and would like to understand more. If the person is interested then you have two basic options:
a. To start studies with that person on important topics of history and present day in the context of the prophecies and teachings of the Bible or
b. To arrange these studies with an evangelist in your area or a pastor or elder of your church who are willing and able to lead these study meetings.
8. It is important to arrange face-to-face meetings as these are much more impacting than any form of online communication. It is important for you to build and develop friendship with the person. As more people respond to the statue displayed and approach you and go through the same process described above, over a period of time you can create a small study group which is also a group of your (new) friends.
9. As a Ministry we can and will support you with study materials, books and of course – with regular prayers.
What if your situation is a bit complicated?
Maybe your job or business means you travel quite a lot and you don’t spend much time in one place where you could display the statue or you work in a place where it is complicated or even impossible to display a statue that would attract attention.
For these situations you can order credit-card-size cards showing the statue on the front side with an accompanying text: Did you know this image told the history of our world in advance? Did you know that it also tells the future that is coming very soon?
On the rear side of the card you find the same QR code as on the pedestal of the statue with a link to the same video.
There are many secular people who look around and see and understand that this world is failing. They understand that as it is running now it cannot last forever. They ask many questions but very often find no answers. If you meet these people you may have a short conversation with them and then give them the cards. If they’re interested, they will follow the link under the QR code and watch the video. Then the story continues as described in Paragraph 5 and on.
It is very easy to understand and to follow.
